2008 archive 2009 archive CreateAPassiveIncome.com Blog Wed, Feb 24th, 2010 Fantastic New Passive Program Added - Start purchasing real assets that have proven to increase in value over the last 24 years I've been looking for a program like this for over a year.  There has been a couple programs with a similar product, but the program required recruiting to make it work.  You should know by now that I am always on the look out for programs that are 100% passive if you want to be, but also offer a nice pay plan for those who don't mind putting in the extra effort to bring in some referrals.  I've found a program that will let you do exactly that. With most MLM programs, you are buying some sort of juice or powder or lotion or potion or whatever.  You are paying for that product month after month.  One of the problems with a program like this is that the product is consumable.  Once you drink that juice or you eat that energy bar, it is gone.  The value of that product is gone and can never be recovered. With this program, once you buy the product, it has real value that can easily be sold for MORE than you are purchasing it for from the company. With other types of rev shares or sports arbs or investment type programs, you have to send the program some funds first, and then after a certain amount of time (weeks or months), you hope to get paid your money back plus some profit.  This takes time, and there is no guarantee that you will ever get your money back. With this new program, once you make your purchase, they will immediately ship you your item directly to your door.  You will have it in your hand to see, touch, and feel.  There is zero chance of this disappearing because the admin splits or a hacker shuts the site down or the govt steps in and shuts the program down.....issues that could happen with some of the other programs on my site, but not with this one. I'm really excited about this one, and would recommend you give it a serious look.  It is somewhat urgent that you take a look asap.  The program announced on Monday that they will be raising the start up cost by $200 on Feb 28th at midnight.  So you have a couple days to thoroughly check this out and make your decision before the price increase.  I think everyone should be doing this.  Take a look and let me know if you will join me. Many are speculating that Phil Piccolo is somehow involved with this program.  For those of you that don't know, Phil is widely known as an online scammer.  I had the privilege of being in two of Phil's scams many years ago, so I am very familiar with what Phil is all about and how he has no issues with taking people's money. Here are a couple links with more info....click HERE and HERE With that said, my opinion is that I find it hard to believe that the people running the show would want anything to do with Phil.  That guy is bad news, and after doing some research on the guys leading the day to day operations of the company, I can't find anything bad about any of them.  The major players are listed HERE. The owner, Dean Blechman, further explained, without a shadow of doubt, that HE was running the show, HE was calling the shots and no one else.  You can listen to what he had to say by clicking HERE.  Dean starts talking just after the 16th minute if you want to skip ahead. A scam to me is when someone pays money upfront for a product or service, and then the program does not deliver on that product or service.  When the upfront funds are not returned, and the company takes off with your money...THAT to me is a scam.  The big positive of this program, and the reason I joined in the first place, is that it is completely FREE!  I don't see where the scam is if members never have to pay a dime if they don't want to.  None of the members will lose a dime if they continue to be free members.  If the program ends up being bogus, then anyone who remained a free member will lose nothing!  If that happens, I would consider this more of a failed program than a scam. Now there could be some shenanigans with regards to this monthly Data Software deal where members would pay a monthly fee which would allow them to input the license plates directly into the system and allow those folks to earn more with the program.  But, again, this is completely OPTIONAL. My strategy all along was to wait until I got paid as a free member before I would even consider upgrading to the monthly fee for the Data Software.  As long as you do NOT pay for anything until the company has paid you FIRST, then there is no way you can lose any money here.  Only if I was making more as a free member per month to more than cover the monthly fee of the software, would I even consider paying the monthly fee.  And until any of you get to that point, I would suggest not upgrading either. Basically, there is a lot of he said, she said going on right now.  The links above have some interesting info posted, but Dean's conference call was pretty convincing.  Dean has accomplished some pretty amazing things in his career, and personally, I just can't see why he would associate himself with a loser like Phil...it just doesn't make any sense.  So that should get you pretty caught up on the situation with this one right now.  I'd recommend not paying a dime for anything with this one until we start receiving some funds from them first.  This thing has absolutely exploded, so there are always haters out there trying to bring down any program with the amount of interest this one has generated in a very short period of time.  You can't believe everything posted out on forums as you don't know if what is posted is 100% true. These guys haven't even officially launched yet.  I'm sure there will be much more info about this one in the weeks to come.  Let's all just remain free members, and there won't be anything to scam us out of.  Until I hear otherwise, I think this is still a good call as long as there is a free option for members. I just wanted to report that I received my withdrawal payment for January from GNI.  And from the forums I follow, it looks like many others have been paid as well.  I have moved GNI back to my recommended programs list as it looks like they are back on track after the recent changes. For more info about the program, click HERE Private FX Paid Me Again - Great 100% Passive Program I continue to get paid month after month from this program.  The earnings aren't as high as others, but they are consistent.  I think this will be around for the long term.  If you haven't looked at this one yet, here is a great low risk program to add to your portfolio. For more info about the program, click HERE PTV Partner Explained - I Got Paid Yesterday, You Should Take A Closer Look This one looks to be somewhat high risk on the surface, but when really looking at what they are doing and reading some posts online, this one is looking better and better as a long term solution for you. For more details about the opportunity, click HERE EveryDay Savings Update - new credit card processor to be added any time now The owner of the 180 Degree Benefits program feels confident that he will be able to negotiate a deal with a good processor very soon that will be available for the long haul.  With the tough economic times and tougher banking regulations, this process is taking much longer than originally anticipated.  This will hopefully be resolved very soon.  Cashier's check and money orders are still available options to get started, but if you are wanting to pay via credit card, you will need to hold tight and wait until a new processor is set up. To find out more about this great program, click HERE MMT Launch Status - owner continues to have minor issues to resolve before launching Tim continues to send out teasers that the program will be ready "anytime" but he continues to miss his dates.  What he is trying to do looks to be brand new, so the script he needs to run his program is being created from scratch.  Scripts like this never seem to work perfectly right away and do take some time to work out all the bugs.  So it seems this is exactly where Tim finds himself now. I know I don't want him to launch until he is 100% ready to go.  So I am willing to wait until it is ready, but I'm not sure when that will be.  I think it will be something to definitely take a look at, and , again, it will be completely free to test out for a period of time after the launch before he starts charging you for the service.  There should be considerable spillover for those that sign up early, and since it will be free to join, you will risk nothing by signing up right away and see what might happen. MeggaTraffic4U About To Launch A New Program - 48 hour notice was sent out last night I am very impressed with what Tim Sidden (admin) is doing and has been doing with MeggaTraffic4U.  His program is easily the best rev share out there right now and is one of the only ones I am currently promoting.  He has proven to rise above the rest and has done so over the last couple months when just about all of the others have failed, or look to be closing very soon. He understands about the 100% outside sources of income model, and already has many of those sources working for him.  His newest program looks to be launching in the next day or so.  I normally would not promote a matrix type program, but since Tim is behind it, and after getting a sneak peak at what he is offering, I will definitely be supporting him and will be adding it to my list of programs. I don't have all the details for you as there is no link yet to promote, and I don't even know the name of it yet.  I do know the initials are MMT, so that is what I'll call it for now. There will be numerous advertising resources for all members...to me it looked like a one-stop-shop for many of your advertising needs.  It seems to have a similar feel to Message Magic where the people at the bottom will still get paid, but this is definitely different and unique.  I know you have probably heard that before, but Tim's programmer really built this script from scratch and should be unlike anything you have seen before. I think a lot of people will be signing up quickly for this one.  I will get first dibs on the signup link before he starts promoting to the public.  So I will get a bit of a heads up on signing up before most folks even know about it. The real kicker here is that Tim said he will make if free for people to sign up at the beginning.  He was thinking he would make it free for the first week or two, and then start charging folks.  He wanted members to see that there is going to be spillover with this, and give folks a chance to see how big their downline might grow to over a period of a week or two.  Then once they know 100% that they already have XXX amount of people below them, then they can go ahead and start paying the fee knowing that they will start earning income from everyone below them. So my recommendation would be sign up right away, and just sit back and see what happens over the next week or so.  It will cost you absolutely nothing to try it out.  The way it is set up is that members at the bottom will still get paid, and this has always been the big problem with most matrix type programs...if you are at the bottom, and you aren't recruiting anyone, you won't get paid, but Tim says he has fixed that issue. You will have a certain amount of time to watch and see if the spillover is there and see if your downline does grow into some nice numbers.  I think those that sign up quickly will see a lot of spillover, but if you sit around and wait a few days, then I'm sure the big rush at the beginning will have slowed up considerably.  Again, it will cost you absolutely nothing to sign up right when this launches and just check it out.  If you don't like it and you don't receive much spillover, then you DO NOT have to pay when he starts charging everyone after a period of time...I'm hoping 2 weeks.  I won't know for sure how long it will be free until this launches. I'll be testing it out just like all of you. If this doesn't perform like I am hoping and I don't see a lot of people below me, then I'm not going to pay for it either.  But I think he has something special here that can work as his program is offering real value with the products that will be available to members, and not just some crap digital e-books like so many other programs offer. I've been impressed with what he has shown me with MeggaTraffic4U, so I am eager to see what he has come up with this program.  A portion of the profits will be given right back to MeggaTraffic4U members as another source of income for that program.  I fully believe his new program will increase the earnings for MeggaTraffic4U, so now would be a good time to take a closer look at MeggaTraffic4U as well. Only one of them requires weekly surfing. The others are more investment type programs offering daily, weekly, or monthly interest. Several of them have been paying for months, and a couple of them have been paying for years! You've probably heard of many of them. I'd had my eye on many of them for months, but just never pulled the trigger. There are just sooo many choices out there that it is very hard to be in all of them all the time. I have them all listed on my Programs page, but I will list them all below. Genius Funds Nano Money Corp Saza Investments MeggaTraffic4U PTV Partner   I have been paid consistently with each of them, and I will treat them as I do every new program I join...start small, make sure I actually receive my withdrawal requests, then increase my position with the program, and then start placing consistent withdrawals until achieving my first goal with any program...successfully withdrawing my seed money. From then on out, I am only reinvesting profits, and there is absolutely no way I could lose money with the program. The other programs, with the exception of MeggaTraffic4U, all offer some sort of daily, weekly, or monthly pay out. There is no surfing required...you just fund your account and sit back and wait to earn your interest payments. Genius and Nano have been paying out consistently for a very long time...Nano is going on almost 4 years now...these are definitely worth a closer look. GNI Update - several changes made to the very popular program Any current member of GNI should already know about the recent changes to the program. This wasn't a big shock to me as it seems any program with tremendous success seems to have some sort of "issue" at some point. It's disappointing that it looks like a lot of their problems had to do with current members who were trying to cheat the system. It's too bad that a small few can screw it up for the majority, but it is what it is, and I'm glad to hear they are addressing it and making the necessary changes to ensure the program can continue on and not just disappear like so many others. They are switching to a monthly paying program and your purchases will be good for 14 months instead of forever like how it has always been. So we will lose the opportunity to compound weekly, but the percentage will still be around 14% - 20% monthly which is nothing to sneeze at. This percentage includes getting your pricipal back, so at 15% per month (for example), it would take 7 months to just break even. Then those next 7 months would be profit....so it is really more like 7% - 10% per month in actual profit. I fully support them and trust that they will make the necessary changes and everything will be back to business as usual in the next month or so. Until the dust settles, I have moved them to a "caution" status. The admins have always been extremely professional, and this program has been nothing short of one of the top 3 passive programs (if not the best period) over the last several years. I expect them to rebound completely from this temporary hickup, but time will tell. I am confident they will continue to be a great option for your portfolio, but they will remain in a "caution" status until I see all of the changes in place and withdrawals resuming with no issues.
