Ok, so you signed up for one or more of my programs, and you would like to try to sign up a couple referrals yourself....now what?? A lot of people ask me what they need to do to promote their website/opportunity. I decided to put together this page to list out exactly what resources I have used over the years to help grow my business. Everything here is something I have or am using currently.
My advice is to try one of these resources at a time. Find one that interests you, then take action. Really work that one type of marketing until you feel comfortable with it.
I see too many people compile tons of information on all kinds of marketing techniques. Then they end up with information overload and don't know where to start...and usually don't end up doing anything.
Take your time with this page. Try one suggestion for a week, then pick another, and another. No need to try to do all of them at once.

I have been using AWeber for over a year now. It has been very easy to create sign up forms for my capture pages and website. Creating e-mails/announcements has been a snap as well.

Google Adwords
You can get a lot of exposure using Google Adwords, but there's a bit of a learning curve. The greatest thing about Google is your ads go live within 15 minutes.
Overture (now owned by Yahoo)
Ads placed through overture end up on search engines like Yahoo, MSN, Ask Jeeves, Alta Vista, etc. The downside to this PPC vendor is that you have to wait for your ads to be approved before they go live.
Miva
Miva is the third biggest PPC search engine with usually cheaper rates than Overture and Google with bids starting at .05 cents. They have a relationship with search engines like Search.com, Excite, WebCrawler, MetaCrawler, Dogpile, Bizjournals, Mamma, Cometsearch.

Audio is gaining more and more popularity on the internet. This program allows you to create audio files that you can then add to an e-mail or website. You just call a phone number and create your audio file just like you were leaving someone a voice mail. I've used their services for a couple of my websites over the years. Their Website Tonight website builder tools are very easy to use to help you get your website created quickly. They have dozens of pre-made templates to choose from...you just add the text and pictures. This is a great way to go if you are just starting out.
